Activity 2: Quiet Stretching
After lunch I always found that my students had a lot of energy, were often upset about something that happened outside or quite tired. I felt that they needed some time to relax, calm down and re-energize their bodies. Below is a lesson I do daily with my Kindergarten students. It targets areas of their physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual selves.
